How do I care for my earrings?
Once you own a pair of polymer clay earrings, there are a few things you should keep in mind to make sure they stay their best:
Try not to get them wet. It could compromise the longevity of your earrings.
Do not bend, or snap your earrings.
When removing your earring backs, do not pull on the clay.
Avoid using cleaners with chemicals on your earrings. If you need to clean them, use a soft, damp cloth.
Store away from direct sunlight, humidity and dust.
Do you offer free shipping?
We offer $2 shipping within Canada and can ship to the US.
Free local pick up is available within Corner Brook and Pasadena.
Do you accept returns?
We do not accept returns on earrings because of sanitary reasons, however, if you have any issues with your earrings, please reach out and we will be more than happy to help.
Are your earring posts good for sensitive ears?
All of the stud posts are stainless steel. The silver ball posts are Nickel free and the gold ball posts are gold plated brass. Some speciality gold posts are gold plated alloy. You can also look under the product description in our earring listings to see what kind of material is used.
